3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • We use trusted third-party payment gateways; we do not store card details.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.

4. Installation & Service

  • Installation will be scheduled after order confirmation.
  • Any additional plumbing, tap fittings, or accessories may be chargeable.
  • AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) is optional and chargeable.

5. Warranty

All products come with a manufacturer warranty (details mentioned per product).

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Mishandling
  • Unauthorized repairs
  • Consumables like filters, membranes, carbon cartridges

6. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information for delivery and installation.
  • Maintain the purifier as recommended.
  • Not misuse or operate the purifier incorrectly.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for damages caused due to improper installation by unauthorized personnel.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier service or external factors.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

9. Changes to Terms
